Curo are proud to welcome a new group of Graduate Interns for 2021.
This year, the group is comprised of ten individuals from across the country that have already started their journey with the company.
Each year, Curo considers applications from prospective graduates to take part in the business’ coveted Graduate Recruitment Programme which sees successful candidates engaging in a year-long knowledge experience driven by in-context, hands-on operational learning supplemented by formal training.
Human Resources Executive, Mandla Dlova, explains, “We are proud of our Graduate Programme for two distinct reasons. For one, it is one of the initiatives in which Curo aims to transform our industry in meaningful, value-adding ways, and two, the programme’s ensures individual growth and development of each and every intern that enters our company”.
