How do you feel you've grown professionally over the past two years?
I have developed improvements on important skills one needs to demonstrate in their professional journey, including but not limited to, self-awareness, communication, teamwork, adaptability to change and hope that everything in the end will work out one way or another, problem-solving skills, decision-making, increased responsibility, without forgetting the door that is always opened for additional training for when there is a change or a new different part of my role.
