Curo has once again achieved Top Employer status, affirming its place in the ranks of global companies who have successfully traversed the global best practice certification process to achieve this accolade.
“It’s a satisfying achievement for Curo to be part of the global community of organisations to be certified as a ‘Top Employer’ as it affirms our strategic progress towards excellence in the conditions and opportunities created for our people,” explains HR Executive, Mandla Dlova.
The Top Employer Institute has certified 1 691 companies in 120 countries globally. Curo joins a mere 97 South African businesses who have achieved the certification. A stringent assessment is performed on each company to gauge its efforts in various facets of employee management which is benchmarked against global best practice.
With headquarters in the Netherlands and offices in several countries around the world, the Top Employer Institute was established with the aim of promoting excellence in human capital management to support business strategy.
